Alright, so I need to finalize my bill with Dr. Smith. I went to their website and it's asking for a patient ID number. Problem is, I have absolutely no idea where website that is. I've looked my emails, insurance paperwork, but nothing! Could someone please point me in the right direction? Is there a phone number I can reach out to? Could it be
